North America Nebula

Description
NGC 7000 imaged during a bout of good weather on May 5. Also known as the North America Nebula for its resemblance to the continent, NGC 7000 is an emission nebula located 2,590 light years away in the constellation Cygnus. It covers an area of the sky ten times larger than the full moon, however a low surface brightness means it cannot be seen with the naked eye. 55x61" Canon 300mm f/4 L @ f/4.8 EOS 100D Skywatcher Star Adventurer
